We present herewith the classic 1941 Ford Business Coupe in its 99.9-percent original state owned by Gene and Pat Nickolauson of Bonners Ferry. Purchased from its second owner in 1988 and a labor of love since, this oldie but goodie rarely fails to show up for club cruises with Gene sporting his rakish golfing cap, along with a grin a mile wide. "I love old Fords," he said. "Of the ten previous Fords I've owned, this '41 is my favorite." Next month, a pair of famous cars, one from the '40s and the other from the '50s. |
