April 19, 2008 - Breakfast Cruise to "Libby"
The Rod Benders woke up to this scene on the day for our annual cruise to join the Libby, MT Igniters for breakfast and story telling. It was snowing hard in Bonners Ferry and snowing hard in Libby so both clubs decided to cancel for this year.
sooo................We "cruised" to 3 mile and and had breakfast there.
.Larry & Judy, Denise, Pat & Gene, Judy & Don, and Phil and Donna together at the famous 3Mile cafe. I had informed several members that lived in outlying areas that the cruise was in process of being scrubbed and so Mark&Deb, Dale & Jackie and Ernie & Cheryl did not get in the picture.
Even though it was a big disappointment to miss breakfast with all of the Libby Igniters Car Club members, we made a little lemonade with the lemons we were dealt and had a safe cruise and good time this morning. We had been scheduled to be at "Henrey's cafe in Libby, so on any future trips we will stop in for coffee and say hello from the Rod Benders.
